These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of joinredpla.net (the “Site”), operated by Intelligent Life LLC d/b/a RedPla.net (“RedPla.net,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a digital marketing agency based in Scottsdale, Arizona. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
RedPla.net provides digital marketing services, including performance marketing, paid search and social, programmatic media, out-of-home, analytics, and related consulting, for brands and for agencies on a white-label basis. The Site describes those services and lets you request a consultation or account audit. Client engagements are governed by a separate written agreement (such as a proposal, statement of work, or services agreement); if those documents conflict with these Terms, the separate agreement controls for that engagement.
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to interfere with the Site’s operation, attempt unauthorized access to any systems, scrape or harvest data, or use the Site to transmit anything unlawful, misleading, or harmful.
The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, and design — are owned by or licensed to Intelligent Life LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. Third-party trademarks and logos shown on the Site, including those of clients and agency partners, belong to their respective owners and are used to identify real working relationships. You may not reproduce or use Site content without our prior written permission.
Marketing results depend on many factors outside any agency’s control. Case studies, statistics, and testimonials on the Site reflect real experiences but do not guarantee that you will achieve similar results. Content on the Site is provided for general information and does not constitute professional advice for your specific situation.
Our services involve third-party advertising and analytics platforms (such as Google and Meta), and the Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or performance of any third-party platform or site.
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Intelligent Life LLC and its members, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability related to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Liability under a client services agreement is addressed in that agreement.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Intelligent Life LLC from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision, and continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
