Overview
How might we gamify a learning management system inorder to educate fitters on the benefits of PING golf products for their customers?
Objectives
Create an engaging way to educate new and existing fitters about PING products. The solution should allow fitters to earn certifications in a way that makes them retain and apply the information during customer interactions.
Solution
We brought to life a virtual PING campus where different buildings simulated various learning experiences including Trivia Pro and a Labyrinth (where you had to guide a ball through an environment as quickly as possible).
The design team consisted of a character designer, concept artist, 3D artisit, and myself for all the branding elements and user interface designs within the learning management system.
